Reeves Yard Museum
WELCOME
Welcome to Reeves Yard Museum, a private collection of motorcycles, diecast models, vintage toys, and militaria.
A collection that started over forty years ago and outgrew several garden sheds then a stable block has been moved to Whitstable and is now on display for the public to see.
There are two floors to explore with steep stairs that may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
Our Collections


Militaria
On the second floor is our collection of WW1 and WW2 memorabilia, offering a unique glimpse into the lives of those who lived through the wars. Join us in honouring their legacy preserving history for future generations.

Motorcycles and Mopeds
On the ground floor is a small collection of motorcycles, mopeds, and motoring memorabilia. capturing the spirit of a bygone era.


The Toy Collection
Also on the second floor is our impressive collection of die-cast models, train sets, and a diverse range of vintage toys. Here, you will rediscover items from your childhood. We invite you to immerse yourself in a trip down memory lane.
Our Next Open Weekend

10am - 4pm

Opening times: The Museum does not have general opening hours as it is a private collection, you are welcome to visit most days but please contact us first especially at the weekends to avoid a wasted journey.

Admission: by donation. All proceeds go the RNLI. Last year we raised £362.11.

​OPEN WEEKENDS: We hold open weekends throughout the year, dates will be published here.
Entry fees: by donation with all proceeds going to the RNLI

PARKING: There is no visitor parking at the museum but plenty of public car parks nearby as we are in the centre of town.

Whitstable
If you haven’t been to Whitstable before, then why not make a day of it. We are situated right in the centre of town, only a 5 minute walk to the harbour and the high street, and about a 10 minute walk to the Castle. Gorrell Tank car park is a few minutes walk away.
